Il faudra que je regarde les offres en ce moment (je vous reviendrai). Seuls ces taux promotionnels compteront pour les emprunteurs parce que leur plan, c&rsquo;est de refinancer leur pr\u00eat \u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode promotionnelle. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 (typiquement dans 2 ans) que cela pourrait tr\u00e8s mal tourner, par exemple si les taux promotionnels \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque (\u00b1 2024) sont tels que les mensualit\u00e9s d\u00e9passent le montant que je peux d\u00e9cemment exiger d&rsquo;un locataire pour lui refiler en douce l&rsquo;ardoise de mon pr\u00eat sous la forme de son loyer (combine capitilistique connue de tous). <\/p>\n<p>P.S.
