Une nation probablement qui voulait semer la zizanie entre Europ\u00e9ens et Am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons aujourd\u2019hui droit \u00e0 une autre fuite (c\u2019est formidable la technologie\u00a0: on a l\u2019impression de les entendre causer au milieu de son propre salon\u00a0!), une conversation entre Catherine Ashton, repr\u00e9sentante de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne pour les Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, et Urmas Paet, ministre estonien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res. Le gouvernement ne serait pas chaud selon Paet pour lancer une enqu\u00eate sur ce qui s\u2019est v\u00e9ritablement pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Qui est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de cette fuite\u00a0? Une nation probablement qui cherche \u00e0 attirer notre attention sur le fait que quelqu\u2019un a mont\u00e9 les uns contre les autres les rebelles et les forces de l\u2019ordre et se trouve sans aucun doute bien repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 Kiev dans la coalition dirigeante.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"610\" height=\"480\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZEgJ0oo3OA8\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><u>P.S.<\/u> : Dans un entretien publi\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/worldnews\/europe\/ukraine\/10677370\/Ukraine-Russia-crisis-live.html\" target=\"_blank\">le Daily Telegraph<\/a>, Olga Bogomolets r\u00e9fute l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation de ses propos par Urmas Paet, le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res estonien. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Our correspondent, Damien McElroy, has spoken to the doctor at the centre of the claims that snipers that shot people in Kiev were hired by Maidan leaders:<\/p>\n<p>Olga Bogomolets said she had not told Mr Paet that policemen and protesters had been killed in the same manner.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Myself I saw only protesters. I hope international experts and Ukrainian investigators will make a determination of what type of weapons, who was involved in the killings and how it was done. I have no data to prove anything.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0I was a doctor helping to save people on the square. There were 15 people killed on the first day by snipers. They were shot directly to the heart, brain and arteries. There were more than 40 the next day, 12 of them died in my arms.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Our nation has to ask the question who were the killers, who asked them to come to Ukraine. We need good answers on the basis of expertise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mr Paet&rsquo;s assertion that an opposition figure was behind the Maidan massacre was not one she could share.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0I think you can only say something like this on the basis of fact,\u00a0\u00bb she said. \u00ab\u00a0Its not correct and its not good to do this. It should be based on fact.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>She said the new government in Kiev had assured her a criminal investigation had begun but that she had not direct contact with it so far.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0They told me they have begun a criminal process and if they say that I believe them.
